035, 95% CI 1.0, 25.0) from baseline to last observation. When stratified by pediatric versus adult patients, there was improvement in BOT-2 total point score in patients less then 18 years (mean percent increase from baseline to last observation 23%) compared to adults (mean decrease of -0.7%). Subtest analysis of individual BOT-2 items captured some improvement following velmanase alfa treatment in pediatric patients. FG-4592 Conclusions There was limited ability to assess the BOT-2 change responses in adults. Pediatric patients showed stability or improvement in scaled scores relative to healthy peers, indicating continued skill acquisition, which may increase independence and contribute to improved patient quality of life. © 2020 The Authors.Purpose The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) reminds us of the SARS outbreak in 2003, and up to date, corticosteroid is commonly administrated to severe patients with COVID-19. Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a common disabling complication among convalescent SARS patients who received corticosteroid therapy. In China, a considerable number of convalescent SARS patients with steroid-associated ONFH had undergone conservative treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and this study aims to evaluate the long-term results of a spleen-invigorating Huo-Gu Formula (HGF) therapy in these patients. Participants and methods A total of 33 convalescent SARS patients (nine males and 24 females) with bilateral steroid-associated ONFH (66 hips) were enrolled in this study. All patients received oral HGF therapy for six months when they were confirmed the diagnosis of steroid-associated ONFH. They had been regularly followed up at an interval of one year. Harris hip score and medical imaging modalities be therefore a good alternative for the treatment of steroid-associated ONFH secondary to rheumatologic and infection diseases. © 2020 The Author(s).I start with a brief survey of paradigms in Chemical Engineering to highlight that in the early 70 s my thesis advisor P. Le Goff already mentioned the strong link of chemical processes with Environment, Energy and Economy (Market). Then I move to my vision of ChE today summarized in ChE = M2P2E (Molecular, Materials, Process and Product Engineering). I describe how I built a research lab centered around Cyclic Adsorption/Reaction Processes focusing in adsorption technologies to help solving environmental problems. I stress the basic concepts of adsorption processes and the need to use proper diffusion models for intraparticle mass transfer instead of pseudo first order or second order kinetic models. I also consider that adsorbent metrics should be linked to the process where the material is used materials and processes together! In the last section I review some challenging areas where adsorption technologies are useful. Carbon Capture and Utilization involving Pressure Swing Adsorption to capture CO2 from flue gas in a pilot plant, 3D printed composite monoliths for Electric Swing Adsorption, and Utilization of CO2 to be transformed in methanol or Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) (Power-to-Gas concept). I also address the general topic "Processing of diluted aqueous solutions" with special attention for the development of Simulated Moving Bed coupled with Expanded Bed Adsorption. Finally the integrated process to produce high-added valued compounds (vanillin and syringaldehyde) from Kraft lignin is shown as an example of Lignin valorization in pulp mill biorefinery. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd. RA-ILD, especially with UIP pattern, shares some similarities with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, suggesting a possible role of antifibrotic therapy in these patients. To date, there are no published data suppor
