6 (kcal/mol), ligand-efficiency of -0.3 with COVID19 Nsp2 forming bonds with amino acid CYS240 present in binding-pocket. Nigellidine showed strong interaction with main-protease (BE-6.38/LE-0.29). Nigellidine showed affinity to IL1R (-6.23). The NS treated rat showed marked decline in ALP-SGPT-SGOT-malondialdehyde(MDA) than the basal-levels. From the Western-blot and activity-analysis it was observed that Nigellidine (sulfuryl-group-drug) showed no impact on Phenol-catalyzing ASTIV and Steroid-catalyzing estrogen-sulfotransferase expressions and activities in liver-tissue and thus has no influence in sulfation-mediated adverse metabolic-processes. Conclusively, nigellidine has hepato-reno-protective/antioxidant-immunomodulatory/anti-inflammatory activities with inhibit-potentials of COVID-19 proteins. Further validation is necessary. Chronic rhinosinusitis and asthma are heterogeneous diseases with complex pathogenesis. The presence of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps has been associated with increased asthma exacerbation frequency and may represent a predictor of future exacerbations in severe asthma. This review provides the clinician with an overview of the prevalence and clinical impact of the chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in severe asthma and summarizes recommended therapeutic approaches, including innovative biologic therapies. To select relevant literature for inclusion in this review, we conducted a literature search using the PubMed and ClinicalTrials.gov databases, using terms 'chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps' AND 'asthma' OR 'severe asthma.' The literature review was performed for publication years 2010-2020, restricting the articles to humans and English language publications. Biological therapies have opened new perspectives in the treatment of upper and lower airway allergic diseases. Care pathways in severe asthma are almost consolidated, while they still rely on phenotypic rather than endotypic features in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps. Unveiling the correlation between clinical phenotypes and molecular endotypes will allow better stratification of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps to identify candidates who benefit most from biological therapy. A retrospective multivariate analysis. To analyze clinical outcomes of surgical treatment and prognostic factors of local failure after stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in patients with spinal metastatic non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This study included patients with metastatic spinal cord compression (MSCC) from spinal NSCLC after radiotherapy who received massive spondylectomy for circumferential decompression of spinal cord and reconstruction of spinal stability in our center between May 2006 and February 2017. Neurological function was evaluated using the Frankel score. Overall survival (OS) was estimated by the Kaplan-Meier method. selleck chemicals llc Factors with Pvalues ≤.1 were subjected to multivariate analysis for OS by proportional hazard analysis. Values of P<.05 were considered statistically significant. The mean age of the 55 included patients (36 male and 19 female) was 57.76 ± 8.94 (median 58, range 36-77) years, with a mean postoperative OS of 14.98 ± 14.81 (median 10.0, range 1-84) months. Neurological function was improved in 46 (83.6%) of the 55 patients after surgery. Prognostic analys
