The estimated excess cancer incidence risk induced by IC procedures was 29.58 ± 5.71 and 46.68 ± 7.77 (per 100000 individuals) for men and women, respectively.Projections are conventional methods of dimensionality reduction for information visualization used to transform high-dimensional data into low dimensional space. If the projection method restricts the output space to two dimensions, the result is a scatter plot. The goal of this scatter plot is to visualize the relative relationships between high-dimensional data points that build up distance and density-based structures. However, the Johnson-Lindenstrauss lemma states that the two-dimensional similarities in the scatter plot cannot coercively represent high-dimensional structures. IDN-6556 manufacturer Here, a simplified emergent self-organizing map uses the projected points of such a scatter plot in combination with the dataset in order to compute the generalized U-matrix. The generalized U-matrix defines the visualization of a topographic map depicting the misrepresentations of projected points with regards to a given dimensionality reduction method and the dataset.•The topographic map provides accurate information about the high-dimensional distance and density based structures of high-dimensional data if an appropriate dimensionality reduction method is selected.•The topographic map can uncover the absence of distance-based structures.•The topographic map reveals the number of clusters in a dataset as the number of valleys.Transformer is the most important equipment used in power system. It's ensure network stability and reliability. Transformer fails over time due to several factors such as overload, poor insulation, cellulose deterioration, poor dielectric strength of the oil etc. However, transformer owners are finding it difficult to monitor the performance of distribution transformers (DT) in their place of application which results to system failure. Analyses of this distribution transformer performance required that distribution transformer be put on-load and the secondary terminals link to Power Quality and Energy Analyzer equipment (Fluke 435 Series II). This paper presents a methodology of carrying out experimental set up of on-load reliability measurements of the two distribution transformers, 500 kVA and 300 kVA, 11/0.415 kV as case study. Recommendations for the operations and maintenance engineers in charge to comply are discussed. This approach using the prescribed power quality equipment gives a reliable experimental method of evaluating the performance of distribution transformers. • Maintaining the selected distribution transformer on - load prior to and during the experiment. • The setting of experimental circuit to determine the operational parameters involving DT connection to Power Quality and Energy Analyzer (PQEA) equipment. • It utilize personal computer to download the measured parameters for graphical and statistics analysis.Several pharmaceutical and chemical companies are using the zebrafish embryo as an alternative to animal testing for early detection of developmental toxicants. Unfortunately, the protocol of this zebrafish embryo assay varies between labs, resulting in discordant data for identical compounds. The assay also has some limitations, such as low biotransformation capacity and fewer morphological endpoints in comparison with the in vivo mammalian developmental toxicity studies. Consequently, there is a need to standardize and further optimize the assay for developmental toxicity testing. We developed a Zebrafish Embryo Developmental Toxicity Assay (ZEDTA) that can be extended with a metabolic activation system and/or skeletal staining to increase its sensitivity. As such, the ZEDTA can be used as a modular system depending on the compound of interest.•Our protocol is customized with a metabolic activation system for test compounds, using human liver microsomes. This system ensures exposure of zebrafish embryos to metab
