Peter T. Imbert (petertimbert)

President of a family-run business, Peter T. Imbert brings decades of leadership in insurance and public service. He wrestled at St. John’s University for four years, earning MVP and senior co-captain honors in 1977. He lifeguarded 14 years for the Town of Babylon and began crewing yachts at age 10. Peter served 16 years as Mayor of Amityville and led SCOVA. In 2004, he was named “Man of the Year” by the Amityville Police Benevolent Association, recognizing his local service.
