Facing the new situation of national green development, energy conservation and environmental protection, this study systematically expounds the energy consumption management of medical electrical equipment in USA, Europe and China, and puts forward suggestions on green development of medical electrical equipment in China.This discussion attempts to organize and analyze the clinical purpose of various technologies developed by medical electron accelerators from the development history and clinical needs of radiotherapy products, so as to avoid the troubles caused by specific technical details and summarize the development of medical accelerators. Directly, the study provides differentiated development ideas for the development of domestic medical accelerators and ways and means to determine the dimensions of differentiated development.Risk management of medical devices covers the whole life cycle of medical devices, which is of great significance to the life safety and health condition of patients. The existing risk management of medical devices, especially the risk analysis in the research and development stage, often becomes a mere formality. The special risks faced by the research and development products in the clinical application scenarios are not well addressed. This study proves the necessity and importance of the combination of risk analysis and clinical application in the research and development stage of medical devices by the analysis of several special hazard sources in the process of clinical application of portable emergency ventilator.Based on the analysis of the theoretical calculation model of axial resolution of optical coherence tomograph for the posterior segment of the human eye, a set of testing device for measuring its axial resolution is designed and developed. In view of a commercial ophthalmic optical coherence tomograph in clinical use, its axial resolution is calculated to be 5.07 μm theoretically, and the actual measurement value is 5.45 μm. The uncertainty of the detection device is evaluated and the result is (5.45±0.10) μm. The measurement error introduced by the testing device is very small. Meanwhile, the axial resolution measured by the testing device meets the requirements of the instrument(≤ 6 μm).This paper describes how to develop a practical new type of atherosclerosis detection device, which can realize real-time measurement and analysis of human atherosclerosis. According to the mechanism of human atherosclerosis, the design objectives of the system are formulated to determine the construction of the platform. The system calculates the pulse wave velocity by measuring the pulse wave of human fingers and toes, adds four blood pressure measurements to the system design, calculates the ankle-brachial index, and comprehensively measures and analyses the degree of human arteriosclerosis.Multi-parameters patient monitors are widely used in hospitals as medical device products, which have important clinical value. It expounds the core technologies of a miniature wearable multi-parameters patient monitor, and looks forward to its application prospects. In addition to traditional applications, when combined with a networked health service platforms, its applications will be greatly expanded in the context of big data and artificial intelligence technologies.
