Norman Cooling (normancooling)
Norman Cooling is the Founder and President of N.L. Cooling Strategic Consulting LLC. A 2024 doctoral graduate of High Point University, he received the James E. Surrat Outstanding Doctoral Student Award and a number of certificates from the institution including the Certificate of Educational Learning and Organizational Development.
