The Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA), first established in 1970 as the administrative support arm of the Missouri state court system, manages CaseNet under Section 476.055 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri. OSCA oversees case processing, criminal history reporting, court automation technology, and judicial education across all circuit courts. The Missouri CaseNet portal, available Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 1 AM CST, allows the public to search appellate, criminal, and civil case records, view docket entry timelines, and access Show Me Jury and Inmate Search features.
