Mister cochon (mistercochon)
France is famous worldwide for its cuisine, and traces back its culinary traditions to families living from the land, each region developing its own specialties. French delicatessen, or “Charcuterie”, became a form of art, particularly in the South-West of France, each family jealously preserving their own recipes and passing them from one generation to the other.
