Lukas Schmitz (Luka53)

After graduating from school, I decided to take advantage of the opportunities that had opened up and start working out in the gym. Now 10 years have passed since I go in for sports and there is no limit to my pleasure. Why? I'll explain now.

Sports activities develop a person not only in terms of physical fitness, but also in moral and psychological terms. Here you learn to overcome obstacles, soberly assess their true dimensions. This allows a person to be persistent in everyday problems, to make the right decisions in moments of psychological stress.

The first thing to start playing sports is to win. Defeating your pride, because often debugging physical activities in the "back box" is pity for your lost time, for residual pain, or the supposedly high cost of an idea. These are all excuses. If a person wants, he takes it and does it! Also, everything I need for sports, especially in terms of nutrition, I will read here

Here, anyone who wishes can free the inner beast, rage, cruelty and anger, and nothing will come to him for this. When a person leaves here, he is devoid of his worries, for they remained crushed in the hall. In a way, sports are an active way of meditating. Here, too, you need to free your mind before certain exercises, "tune in" to the future.

And of course, one cannot fail to mention what transformations your body is going through. Isn't it nice to watch in the mirror the fact that the folds of fat are reduced, the body is covered with the first signs of relief, and over time the muscles acquire shape and volume? Is it not pleasing to the eye the new "weights" defeated in a fierce battle? Is it not fun to think that you are getting stronger and more resilient? That's the same! That is why I chose sports.
