The worldwide outbreak of SARS-CoV-2, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 as a novel human coronavirus, was the worrying news at the beginning of 2020. Since its emergence complicated more than 870,000 individuals and led to more than 43,000 deaths worldwide. Considering to the potential threat of a pandemic and transmission severity of it, there is an urgent need to evaluate and realize this new virus's structure and behavior and the immunopathology of this disease to find potential therapeutic protocols and to design and develop effective vaccines. This disease is able to agitate the response of the immune system in the infected patients, so ARDS, as a common consequence of immunopathological events for infections with Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV), SARS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2, could be the main reason for death. Here, we summarized the immune response and immune evasion characteristics in SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, and SARS-CoV-2 and therapeutic and prophylactic strategies with a focus on vaccine development and its challenges. We present the postmortem computed tomography and autopsy findings of a 60-year-old man who developed milk of calcium pericardial effusion and died of constrictive epicarditis. He experienced out-of-hospital cardiopulmonary arrest, and spontaneous circulation returned at the hospital. However, 7 h after recovery, the patient died. He had a swollen neck, had been experiencing coughing from 4 to 5 days earlier, and had no significant medical or surgical history. On computed tomography (CT), highly dense pericardial fluid (CT value 130-150 Hounsfield units) and multiple calcifications along the epicardium and pericardium were visualized. The epicardium and pericardium were thick, hard, rough, and widely calcified with mild adhesions on autopsy. The pericardial cavity contained a pale, reddish brown, turbid, and highly viscous liquid. Bacteriological tests of pericardial fluid cultures revealed the presence of group G β-hemolytic streptococci. Hence, we diagnosed the patient's cause of death as heart failure due to constrictive epicarditis. We believe that this case of milk of calcium pericardial effusion is the first case confirmed with postmortem CT and autopsy findings.Abiotic stresses widely constrain the development and reproduction of plant, especially impaired the yield of crops greatly. Recent researches presented pentatricopeptide repeat (PPR) proteins play crucial role in response to abiotic stress. However, the underlying mechanism of PPR genes in regulation of abiotic stress is still obscures. In our recent study, we found that the knockout of rice PPS1 causes pleiotropic growth disorders, including growth retardation, dwarf and sterile pollen, and finally leads to impaired C-U RNA editing at five consecutive sites on the mitochondrial nad3. In this study, we further investigate the roles of PPS1 in abiotic stress tolerance, we confirmed that pss1-RNAi line exhibited enhanced sensitivity to salinity and ABA stress at vegetative stage, specifically. Akt inhibitor While reactive oxygen species (ROS) accumulate significantly only at reproductive stage, which further activated the expression of several ROS-scavenging system related genes. These results implied that PPS1 functioned on ROS signaling network to contribute for the flexibility to abiotic stresses. Our research emphasizes the stress adaptability mediated by the PPR protein, and also provides new insight into the understanding of the interaction between cytoplasm and nucleus and signal transduction involved in RNA editing.Syndromes of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use disorders and Alzheimer's dementia are highly heritable. About 10-20% of subjects have another affected first degree relative (FDR), and thus represent a 'greater' genetic susceptibility. We screened 3583 families to identify 481 families with multiple affected members, assessed 1406 individuals in
