9 % of the cases. Our data pointed out that the Precision ID Identity Panel allowed accurate typing of almost any amount of good quality/moderately degraded DNA samples, in duplicate tests. The analysis of low copy number DNAs evidenced that the same allele of a heterozygous genotype could be lost twice, thus suggesting that a third amplification could be useful for a correct genotype assignment in these peculiar cases. Using the consensus approach, a limited number of genotyping errors were computed and about 37 % of the autosomal markers was finally typed with a corresponding combined random match probability of at least 1.6 × 10-13, which can be considered an excellent result for this kind of challenging samples. Accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI) is alternative treatment option for patients with early stage breast cancer. The interplay effect on volumetric modulated arc therapy APBI (VMAT-APBI) has not been clarified. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of VMAT-APBI for patients with small breasts and investigate the amplitude of respiratory motion during VMAT-APBI delivery that significantly affects dose distribution. The VMAT-APBI plans were generated with 28.5Gy in five fractions. We performed patient-specific quality assurance using Delta phantom under static conditions. We also measured point dose and dose distribution using the ionization chamber and radiochromic film under static and moving conditions of 2, 3 and 5mm. We compared the measured and calculated point doses and dose distributions by dose difference and gamma passing rates. A total of 20 plans were generated; the dose distributions were consistent with those of previous reports. For all measurements under static conditions, the measured and calculated point doses and dose distributions showed good agreement. The dose differences for chamber measurement were within 3%, regardless of moving conditions. The mean gamma passing rates with 3%/2mm criteria in the film measurement under static conditions and with 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm of amplitude were 95.0±2.0%, 93.3±3.3%, 92.1±6.2% and 84.8±7.8%, respectively. The difference between 5mm amplitude and other conditions was statistically significant. Ochrobactrum spp. belong to the Brucellaceae family and have recently been recognized as emerging human pathogens. The ability of Haemaphysalis longicornis ticks to carry Ochrobactrum spp. remains uncertain. During June and July 2018, 686 ticks were collected from 11 sites in Pingdingshan Henan province in central China. We extracted 169 DNA samples for Brucellaceae 16S rRNA nested PCR and sequenced them in order to identify Ochrobactrum spp. The data sequences were aligned with NCBI BLAST program and phylogenetic tree was constructed using Mega 5.0. Twenty samples were sequenced successfully out of a total forty-one positive for Brucellaceae. Thirteen DNA samples were identical to O. intermedium (99.85 %-100.00 %) and 3 were identical to O. cicer (99.85 %-100.00 %) (15 collected from host and one from vegetation).
