The aim is to provide new ideas and strategies for the clinical treatment of ALI/ARDS.Sepsis 3.0 is defined as a life-threatening organ dysfunction caused by the host' uncontrol response to infection, with poor prognosis, high morbidity and fatality. Sepsis is one of the main causes of death in severe patients. As lack of comprehensive recognition of its pathogenesis, there were not specific treatment on it. It is reported that the T-cell immunoglobulin and mucin-domain-containing molecule (Tim) of Tim-1 play critical role in sepsis inflammation, immune tolerance and apoptosis, which is relative specific factor in assessment of sepsis prognostic and treatment efficiency, indicating that it could be a novel target in sepsis as well as provide a novel direction. This article mainly stated the discovery, structure, distribution and immune effect of Tim-1 as well as the possible role of TIM-1 in immunosuppression, lymphocyte proliferation and apoptosis, in order to provide reference for further research the treatment of sepsis.Neutrophils are the most abundant circulating leukocyte type in humans and comprise the host's first line of cellular defense against foreign pathogens invasion. On the other hand, neutrophils are the main mediators of tissue damage induced by acute and chronic inflammation. They were once considered to be short-lived, low transcriptional activity, and terminally differentiated homogeneous leucocytes that failed to return to circulation from tissue. However, more evidence has demonstrated that neutrophils can develop into different sub-populations with phenotypic heterogeneity and functional versatility under physiology and pathological conditions. This review summarizes the phenotypic and functional heterogeneity of neutrophils in sepsis and tumor genesis.In daily medical work, it is common to carry out bedside ultrasound guided puncture surgery, which is easy to miss and inconvenient to operate when transporting medical devices. The utility model includes a car body, a work table, an ultrasonic machine, a storage cell and a material basket. To analyze the epidemiological, clinical characteristics and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Northeastern Sichuan, and summarize experience in time to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. A retrospective study was conducted. Fifty-nine patients with COVID-19 admitted to Bazhong Central Hospital and Dazhou Central Hospital from January 27th to February 9th, 2020 were selected as the subjects.
