the sensory organization test resulted in significantly increased postural sway during three conditions, particularly during visual environment manipulation oppose to vestibular and somatosensory manipulation. Cognitive performance decreased during the most complex sensory organization test condition. Additionally, we found participants with poorer executive function had greater dual-task cost during more complex sensory integration demands. Assessing olfactory perception in olfactory disorders is of utmost importance in therapy management. However, the University of Pennsylvania Smell Identification Test and the Sniffin' Sticks are the only tests validated in Brazil. To evaluate the correlation and agreement between the Chemosensory Clinical Research Center olfactory test and the Brief-Smell Identification Test - University of Pennsylvania Smell Identification Test - in healthy participants and in participants with olfactory disorders based on the results and technical aspects of both tests. Fifty participants without olfactory complaints and 50 participants with olfactory disorders who underwent the Chemosensory Clinical Research Center olfactory test and the Brief-Smell Identification Test were included. The following tests were used for statistical analysis Mann-Whitney U test, Spearman's correlation, intraclass correlation coefficient and Bland-Altman plot. An alpha error (significance level) of 0.05 was considered in the statistical alar to the Brief-Smell Identification Test and can be used in the routine diagnosis of patients with complaints of olfactory disorders, considering the advantage of its low cost. Amyloidosis is the term applied to a diverse group of disorders that share the features of deposition of amorphous, extracellular material at various sites. Amyloid deposits may occur locally or may involve various organs, resulting number of clinical manifestations. Amyloidosis of the head and neck is rare and reflects underlying plasma cell dyscrasia. A 57-year-old female patient presented with multiple painful oral ulcerative lesions on tongue and bilateral buccal mucosa for 1year and 6 months duration and a 76-year old male patient with small yellowish nodules on mucosal surfaces of the tongue and buccal mucosa. Results both cases histopathologically diagnosed as amyloidosis. Further investigations confirmed multiple myeloma. unusual oral lesions could be the first sign of systemic diseases such as multiple myeloma that account the significance of the role of the oral and maxillofacial specialists and dental surgeons. unusual oral lesions could be the first sign of systemic diseases such as multiple myeloma that account the significance of the role of the oral and maxillofacial specialists and dental surgeons. We evaluated the significance of lymph node dissection for gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) by calculating the therapeutic value index for each station. This study included 2164 advanced gastric cancer patients (common-type [Common-GC], n=2125; and gastric NEC [NEC-GC], n=39). Clinicopathological data were collected, and survival, type of recurrence, and the index for each type of gastrectomy were determined. NEC-GC was characterized by an older population (P=0.009), upper tumor location (P=0.021), frequent venous invasion (P<0.001), and less neural invasion (P=0.043). NEC-GC tended to be more frequent in men (P=0.152), and t
