Here we report a rare case of presumed SO in a young female patient following SB. A nineteen-year-old female patient was referred for visual loss in her left eye due to macula off inferior long-standing rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). The best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/400 in the left eye. Patient examination indicated bilateral multifocal serous retinal detachment (SRD) and vitreous cells.
