In 2022, Ghassan founded Nolos Cabinet Multidisciplinaire Inc., a Canadian company that integrates FinTech, InsurTech, and LegalTech under one platform. As Founder & CEO, he created Nolos to expand access to financial and legal services, particularly for middle-class families. The company’s ecosystem combines a Quebec-based legal firm, a notarial study, and a national financial MGA that distributes protection and wealth solutions from Canada’s leading financial institutions. Jason leads a team of lawyers, notaries, and financial planners, driving innovation through acquisitions and partnerships. Among these initiatives was the acquisition of Skylegal in 2022, followed by the launch of a charitable foundation in 2023 that promotes justice and financial protection for families during estate and legacy planning. Recently, Jason extended Nolos’ reach by acquiring a technology firm specializing in software and applications for public and private institutions, enhancing the platform’s B2B capabilities.
