Good day, friends! Let me introduce myself: I am Elena Nekrasova, a Muscovite, I work as a sales manager in a catering agency I have a wonderful job and a wonderful family. There are interesting hobbies, responsibilities and a lot of friends. The main hobby coincides with the profession, it helps in the work. I like to create new recipes, cook familiar dishes and serve them beautifully. I attach great importance to the design of the table, the food is tastier at a beautifully and properly laid table. It is very exciting when real masterpieces are obtained from a modest set of products that delight the people present at the table. I cook mainly for my family, for my husband and two children. I love festive feasts when I cover our big table with a tablecloth and treat parents, relatives, friends who have come to visit. Everyone comes to us with pleasure, knowing that they are waiting for my traditional culinary surprise. In the warm season of the year, a large company goes out into nature or to the country, we fry kebabs, but even there I try to surprise people with something tasty and new. By the nature of my activity, I have to communicate a lot with people, so I try to look good. After the festive kitchen marathons, I get myself in shape at the fitness club, visit the pool and, of course, the beauty salon. Our beloved dog Astor has become a good helper in maintaining a slim figure. He accompanies me on walks, forcing me to move actively and always be in a good mood. It's impossible to be sad with him! The main and first connoisseurs of my culinary inventions are home-made. My daughter, despite her age (she is my first-grader), is already willing to help in the kitchen. I hope my assistant will grow up to be an excellent hostess. I try to teach her to create her own style and be a true lady. The eldest son is studying in the 3rd grade, pleases with sports successes. Thanks to his passion for hockey, she became an active cheerleader. I am happy to attend games with the participation of my son's team, I even go to competitions. We are insanely happy with victories and support each other in difficult moments. Although hockey is an expensive sport, we are not going to give it up. If possible, we try to go hiking in nature, in winter we get up on skis, skate. Life gives many opportunities to make it interesting, eventful and adventurous. We must strive to meet her!
