Our analyses also showed that these sympatric lineages exhibit homogeneous rates of introgression among loci relative to the genome-wide average, implying a lack of selection against hybrid genotypes and persistent hybridization. Our results demonstrate that gene flow between multiple Amazonian tree species has occurred across temporal scales, and contrasts with the prevailing view of hybridization's rarity in Amazonia. Overall, our results provide novel evidence that reticulate evolution influenced diversification in part of the Amazonian tree flora, which is the most diverse on Earth. To report review findings into interventions used to educate the health and social care workforce on the experiences and needs of LGBT+ older adults. Research demonstrates that inequalities in outcomes on health and social well-being for LGBT+ older adults are perpetuated by the cumulative disadvantages from discrimination and social exclusion throughout the life course and a lack of culturally competent workforce. A systematic search of peer-reviewed papers published before February 2020 was conducted in electronic databases. The search resulted in a screening of 2,509 papers with nine matching the inclusion criteria, which were rated using the MERSQI quality measure. Studies demonstrated some positive outcomes of interventions, especially an increase in knowledge, but less so in skills and attitudes. More robust designs such as randomized controlled trials, the use of standardized measures and a focus more on the longitudinal impact of educational interventions could improve the quality of study designs. Diversification of intervention content and patient and public involvement in the design, delivery and evaluation of educational interventions could improve efforts and have a more sustained impact on LGBT+ ageing inequalities. The rapid spread of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) required timely suspension of our elective surgeries. Mitigating disease spread and protecting patients and staff became paramount. Because pediatric patients in particular carry and may spread SARS-CoV-2 while asymptomatic, and due to the large amount of respiratory aerosols produced during airway manipulation, an unprecedented risk of provider infection came to exist. Surgical cases were tiered based on urgency and only emergent or urgent cases proceeded using airborne precaution personal protective equipment (PPE)1 . Furthermore, asymptomatic patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 undergoing surgery have higher postoperative morbidity and mortality2 . However, surgery in children is rarely completely elective and could not be postponed indefinitely. The ability to resume pediatric surgical care during this pandemic would only be possible if a completely new path was forged. To examine the impact of nursing leadership styles on intensive care unit quality measures. Evidence on the impact of leadership styles has direct implications for building and strengthening leadership behaviours that foster quality nursing care in intensive care units. An integrative review approach was adopted. Databases including the Cumulative Index of Nursing and Allied Health Literature, PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, Google Scholar and the Cochrane Library were searched. Out of 253 identified studies, seven were included in the review. Leadership styles in intensive care units include transformational, considerate, exemplary, trusted and absentee leadership. Active nurse leaders who share a common vision, and advocate for their staff are perceived as more effe
