ErYAG laser debonding treatment did not affect the mechanical properties, but changed the optical properties of dental ceramics. Chronic scrotal content pain (CSCP) is a complex condition with multiple etiologies that requires a thorough understanding of its pathophysiology, workup, and treatment options. We performed a comprehensive and contemporary review to augment our current understanding of CSCP. We discuss new advances in CSCP-specific pain questionnaires, modern studies of microscopic spermatic cord denervation and its variations, and novel techniques including electric nerve stimulation and cryoablation in addition to randomized control trials with significant negative findings. We also present literature focusing on the prevention of CSCP secondary to surgical iatrogenic causes. The constantly evolving literature of CSCP has led to the significant evolution in its diagnosis and treatment, from oral medications to salvage options after microscopic spermatic cord denervation. With each advance, we come closer to developing a more thorough, evidence-based algorithm to guide urologists in treatment of CSCP. The postmarket multicenter registry study on the embolization of intracranial aneurysms with the PED in China, i.e., the PLUS study, was performed to assess real-world predictors of complications and functional outcomes in patients treated with the PED in a Chinese population. All patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent embolization using the PED between November 2014 and October 2019 across 14 centers in China were included. see more The study endpoints included preoperative and early postoperative ( 10 mm, distal anterior circulation aneurysms, and adjunctive coiling were found to be independent predictors of delayed aneurysm rupture, distal intraparenchymal hemorrhage, and neurological compression symptoms, respectively. The rate of PED-related complications in the PLUS study was similar to that in Western populations. The PLUS study identified successful deployment after adjustment or unsuccessful device deployment and the degree of immediate postoperative occlusion as novel independent predictors of PED-related ischemic stroke in a Chinese population. ClinicalTrial.gov Identifier NCT03831672. The purpose of this study was to systematically investigate the performance of different radiographic views in the identification of scaphoid fractures in children. This case-control study compared 4-view radiographic examinations of the wrist between children with scaphoid fracture and age- and sex-matched children without fractures performed between January 2008 and July 2019. After randomization, each examination was reviewed 3 times, at least 1week apart, first using each view separately and later using multiple views without (3-view) and with the posteroanterior (PA) scaphoid view (4-view), to determine the presence or absence of a scaphoid fracture. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), and negative predictive value (NPV) were calculated with inter-rater a
