Rotaviruses infection is one of the main causes of diarrhea among infants and children in the world, resulting in rotavirus gastroenteritis, which is very harmful and has caused a huge disease burden and no specific drug treatment. This paper reviews the rotavirus etiology, epidemiological characteristics, disease burden of rotavirus gastroenteritis and rotavirus vaccines. RV in group A is the main cause of acute gastroenteritis in infants, people at all ages are generally susceptible to RV, 3 to 24 months infants have the most severe symptoms of diarrhea, RVGE epidemic is seasonal and peaks in winter, increasing RV vaccination can reduce the incidence and mortality of rotavirus diarrhea in infants to reduce the burden of corresponding disease. This article focuses on RV vaccines currently in use and their effect on preventing RV infection, and put forward thoughts and suggestions on technical issues related to the application of RV vaccine in China. Provide support for improving the RV vaccine immunization strategy and Chinese-specific immunization strategy for eventually incorporating RV vaccine into the national child immunization program. In 2018, the myopia detection rate of children and adolescents aged 5-18 years old in Shaanxi Province was 54.9% (11 060/20 144). The myopia detection rate of girls [58.6%(5 830/9 949)] was higher than that of boys [58.6% (3 416/5 830)] (P100 000 yuan was higherthan that of children and adolescents from regions with per capita GDP less then 50 000 yuan[OR (95%CI)1.58(1.34-1.87)].Objective To analyze the changing trend of polio vaccine immunization effectiveness and vaccine titer in Beijing in 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018 before and after the adjustment of polio vaccine immunization program strategy. this website Methods According to the convenient sampling method, the vaccination clinics of Chaoyang and Yanqing Districts in 2012, Fengtai and Daxing Districts in 2014, Tongzhou and Pinggu Districts in 2016, Dongcheng and Shunyi Districts in 2018 were selected as monitoring points. A total of 292 children were selected 4-8 weeks after the completion of 3 doses polio vaccine basic immunization which were 3 doses of trivalent oral poliovirus vaccine(tOPV)schedule before the strategy adjustment in 2012-2014 and 1 dose of inactivated poliovirus vaccine (IPV) following 2 doses of bivalent oral poliovirus vaccine (bOPV) sequential schedule after the adjustment in 2016-2018. About 1.0 ml blood samples were collected to detect type Ⅰ and Ⅲ neutralizing poliovirus antibody. A total of 9 oral poliovirus vaccines ell as full tOPV schedule. The level of polio antibody produced by the IPV-bOPV sequential immunization schedule was higher. After adjustment, bOPV titer in 2016 was significantly higher than those before adjustment, while bOPV titer decreased significantly in 2018.Objective To evaluate the effects of exposure of fine particle matter (PM2.5) and ozone (O3) in Beijing as the main pollutants on olfaction of SD rats. Methods In October 16, 2018, twenty 8-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into two groups, 10 rats in the exposure group and 10 rats in the control group. They were fed in air pollutant exposure system and clean experimental environment respectively, and the concentrations of PM2.5 and O3 in each system were measured. The degree of olfaction damage of SD rats at different feeding time was assessed by using the buried food test (BFT). The difference of BFT time between the two groups was analyzed by performing the repeated measures analysis of variance. Results The results showed that the concentrations of PM2.5 and O3 in the exposure group were (22.65±11.47) μg/m3 and (12.36±5.87) μg/m3, respectively, while those in the control group were both 0 μg/m3. The repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the time of BFT in the exposure group was longer than that in the control group (F=6.49, P=0.031). With the increase of feeding time, the time of BFT was prolonged (F=61.69, P le
