AJ Abdelnour (ajabdelnour)
AJ Abdelnour is a Michigan entrepreneur and business owner who has built his career around leadership, customer service, and outdoor design. Based in Plymouth, Michigan, he is the co-founder of Above 10 Landscaping LLC, a company that provides landscaping and outdoor improvement services throughout Wayne County. AJ Abdelnour graduated from Michigan State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience while also studying Entrepreneurship and Innovation. During his time at the university, he earned dean’s list recognition while continuing to expand his business experience.
AJ Abdelnour developed strong academic and leadership skills early in life. While attending Catholic Central High School in Novi, Michigan, he maintained a 4.33 GPA and remained active in athletics. Basketball became an important part of his high school experience, where he played point guard and served as co-captain of the Shamrocks basketball team. His performances on the court often earned local recognition, and the experience helped him strengthen his discipline, communication, and teamwork skills.
AJ Abdelnour also worked during high school at Meadows Fine Wine and Liquor in Farmington Hills, Michigan. In that role, he managed inventory, stocked products, placed orders, and assisted customers. Balancing academics, sports, and work responsibilities helped him develop time management and organizational skills that later supported his entrepreneurial goals.
AJ Abdelnour co-founded Above 10 Landscaping LLC in 2019 during his sophomore year at Michigan State University. What started as a small landscaping business steadily expanded into a company serving more than fifty residential and commercial clients each year throughout Wayne County. The business operates with multiple crews that provide a wide range of landscaping and outdoor maintenance services.
AJ Abdelnour oversees services including hedge trimming, leaf cleanup, pressure washing, sprinkler installation, weeding, hardscape projects, and the installation of decorative stones, mulch, plants, sod, and seeds. The company also handles material transportation and waste removal at job sites. Through consistent work and reliable project scheduling, Above 10 Landscaping has continued building a strong reputation in the community.
