Kelley Collada (Libritos)

The Libritos was created as an educational resource for my daughter. I was raised by Hispanic parents and my goal is to keep my culture alive by passing down my native language. Throughout this collection, I have selected words that have the same letter sound in both English and Spanish. For example, the letter A makes the same sound in the word “Athlete” and the Spanish translation “Atleta”. My mission is to teach her necessary reading skills while keeping her dialed into her culture.
