Fil-Am Multimedia Production is the partner advocate of Roy R. Luga for his digital advocacy works. The company is a content creator and producer of digital and printed materials for mass media distribution including video production for tv and online platforms distribution. The company is duly registered under Philippine Laws to create and produce digital mass media content for distribution to the public. It is a subsidiary of FilAm TV Network in Las Vegas, Nevada. Roy Rodrigazo Luga is an international photographer, writer, editor and a publisher and digital media advocate. He has been engaging in publication since the 80's during his student days as a student journalist contributor to their school publication and as Managing Editor their College Yearbook. He was the former Managing Editor of Pilipinas Ngayon Na Business and Lifestyle Magazine and now works as a producer, publisher, writer, layout artist and editor.
