For over 30 years this photographer has traveled dusty Southwestern roads, trails and byways; often bounding from rock to rock while pursuing ancient guides and reminders others have left in their place.

The photgraphs are a record of his curosity and wonder with how others might connect with their vision, and through that more readily understand the images.

The book contains 77 toned black & white photographs of rock art and landscapes of the Southwest, primarily done in the following locations:

Chaco, Comanche Gap, Galisteo, LaCieneguilla, Petroglyph National Monument, Tsankawi (Bandelier), New Mexico

with a few additional images from:

Canyon De Chelly, Arizona ; Canyonlands, Davis Canyon, San Rafael Swell, Utah ; Velarde, Zuni, New Mexico
