Firm Foundation Leadership Series

The purpose of Leadership Development is two fold: One, to educate and enrich those already serving in leadership capacities at LCF. The School of Practical Ministry will serve as a “blacksmith” to sharpen those who are God’s “battle ax” (1 Samuel 13:9, Eccl. 10:10). Second, our goal is to identify and recruit new leaders by helping them discover and develop their gifts. Leaders are not necessarily born, they can be made through dedication to understanding spiri- tual principles and by having a desire to edify and serve others (Matt. 28:18-20; John 10:11-15; 1 Tim. 3:1).
