Whisperings Volume 2 Issue 1

Spring 2013 issue continues with bringing storytellers – writers and artists – works from around the world to the Whisperings audience.

“Line Shack – Idaho” photograph by Bruce Wolfenbarger, presents to us, the viewer, the open span of the west. You can smell the sagebrush and the new grass of spring.

Owen Lucas’s “Afterworks” is the first of three series of ekphrasis poetry, a rhetorical and poetic writing that comments upon another art form, of paintings by Honoré Daumier, Picasso, and others.

From the Cayman Islands the poet Tony Walton presents his poems “Dear lady” and “After they left.”
