Mashed Code Magazine brings together several local and guest authors to make a poignant software development journal for developers in the Ohio and Michigan region.

In this issue you’ll see what two Ohio technologists offer with Carin Meier’s "The Further Adventures of Princess Chloe in Clojureland" (featuring original illustrations by the talented, and local, Sarah Allgire) and Guy Royse’s piece on Prototypal inheritance in JavaScript, "The Prototypal Wizard".

The technology being used in Ohio and Michigan isn’t always the same as what developers are using around the country. So for a broader scope, we also have two authors of national acclaim. For this issue we have Seth Juarez’s "C#, Math and You" and Peter Bell’s "Data Modeling with MongoDB".
