Publica International #6

Publica International is a fashion magazine dedicated to the advancement of local and upcoming artist (Models, Photographers, Graphic Designers, Make up Artist, small business owners, etc) who have never, or had a hard time getting noticed for their great works. Also we here are about learning and teaching, meaning if for some reason we choose not to publish a submission, the submitters will get a detailed reason as to why, and some pointers on how to get better or get published next time, and that’s a promise.
