This Magazine reveals activities and people involved in the Anniversary Celebration of the Yoruba Association of Colorado. The event was implemented on July 9, 2011. Chief Barrister Taiwo Lakanu of Lagos, Nigeria was the Chairman.

The emphasis, this year, was on the Youth. Many of them were born in the USA. They were taught the Yoruba language and dance and they demonstrated both at the event. They also displayed the Yoruba fashions to the joy of the many watching audiences. The mouth watering & delicious taste of Yoruba food prepared by licensed food caterer - Mrs. Mary Akolade was culture by itself. Jollof Rice, Moin Moin (Yoruba bean cake), dodo (fried plantain), Goat meat, fish, Iyan, Efo soup, etc. are just a few of the delicatessen. The climax of the day was the Traditional Yoruba Wedding drama. The President, Mr. Makanjuola, encouraged many other Yoruba citizens in Colorado State to come and be part of the Association.
