an expansive survey of work by ceramic artist Linda Smith.Linda Smith has long explored themes of love, loss, and empowerment. From her early works exploring themes of domesticity through to her recent monumental sculptures filled with pattern and joy, this exhibition explores the different ways in which she has depicted these concepts over the last four decades.

Linda’s artistic practice spans over 30 years in painting, prints, ceramics, and mosaics. She has exhibited extensively throughout the west coast and is the recipient of numerous awards in craft arts. In 2006, Linda was the first artist (aside from Beatrice Wood) granted a solo exhibition at the Beatrice Wood Center for Art in Ojai, CA. Her work is part of the permanent collections in museums as well as receiving critical acclaim.
