Welcome to the first edition of Runners Magazine. This magazine was created by husband/wife team – Cane and Lauren Sampson to empower and showcase those athletes who are chasing their dreams on and off the court or field throughout the Shenandoah Valley and beyond. Athletes are hand-picked by their coaches and/or mentors – those who see their full potential and hard work that they have put into themselves to be the best they can be. This first edition is really just a taste as to what is to come. We plan to have an edition out each season. RUNNERS is about more than the game, it’s about the love.
