We are endeavoring to continue providing service to the community, aiding small businesses, and building a strong support system for independent artists. Our aim continues to be Service and our Focus is to the community. In highlight of this venture, this year we are announcing the Dr. Norman Gay Outstanding Service Award. This award is given to individuals who exude great character in supporting their community. Moving forward, we have taken liberty to evolve the publication as a magazine for special events. Utilizing this new feature we are geared to be more efficient in our mission.
