As part of the Crucible Theatre's 40 year anniversary celebration, Lives in Art was conceived and brought to the stage by director Andrew Loretto, writer Richard Hurford and the Sheffield People's Theatre. The People's Theatre gives an opportunity for local amateur actors to experience being involved in a large scale production on one of the UK's premiere theatre stages. I was given access to photograph at workshops and rehearsals of Lives in Art.
