The number of non-paid caregivers is rising as is the number of caregivers juggling career and family needs. This issue of NTM looks at changes to accommodate caregivers in the workplace, redefining normal when life just isn't the same, the experiences of a lesbian caregiver, and how Quaker burial societies provide community support at end of life, so members can depart in the company of their brethren.
