The second issue of The Spartan Chronicles, a magazine published by the students of Seaside High. This issue looks at the monumental transformation that has taken place at the school - from academic emergency to turnaround school.

The issue also takes aim at other issues facing teenagers all around the country, from teen pregnancy to steroids.
