An out-of-town trip, a local youth agricultural fair, and our flower gardens provided the material for this month's issue of Photo Synthesis. Inside you will find some interesting architecture from both the early 20th and early 21st centuries, some classic machinery from the early and middle 20th century, and several striking flower pictures, with a particular emphasis on this year's crop of sunflowers. The hot and humid weather has slowed us down a bit, with the result that this is a combined July and August issue, but we're back with a full 16 pages and mostly one photo per page. Also of note, we've made it past the one year mark with an average of almost one issue per month and have had fun doing this. Thanks to all the folks who have shown an interest in Photo Synthesis and who have downloaded the free digital copy.
