It gives the reader a simple step-wise approach to understanding and analysing an ECG as well as diagnosing a number of commonly encountered conditions including arrhythmias, heart block and myocardial infarction. There are a number of methods of assessment to get the analytical anticipation flowing on wards throughout the country, including multiple choice questions and 'cut and flip' flash card pages. The academic content is dispersed with side-splitting (oh yes!) medical jokes and simply spiffing medical facts. So, hold on tight for a roller coaster of learning emotions!
