Gloating over the Trump victory on January 20, 2017, supporters decked out in fur, jewelry, and cosmetic surgery lined up to enter The Washington Convention Center for one of the Inaugural Balls. I was in Washington, D.C. to document celebrations, protests, and the Women’s March. The title of this zine is an homage to the late Larry Fink’s booklet on the March, “The Outpour.”
