It is my utmost pleasure to welcome you to the 12th edition of The Layman Litigation Magazine. At Layman, we wanted to provide a platform that is thoughtful and genuine. We started with this idea that – we need to be thoughtful and engaging, while also displaying the creative side of the legal industry. Since we are a publication entity first, we did not want to depend on any specific ideology, but there are certain standards that are set. There are wide range of categories for you to choose from, thereby enhancing your legal knowledge in every field. I am also pleased to be leading the editorial team and am optimistic about a bright future for the publication. With the year almost coming to an end, I think it is important to reflect upon certain things that have happened so far. Firstly, I am very glad to have played a part in putting this issue of the magazine together for all of you to enjoy.
