Summer is upon us throughout the Northern Hemisphere. School is out and the crowds at Disney World are swelling and sweltering. We continue to see progress in the Fantasyland project and we hit the theaters in search of some great summer movies. Here at WDWNT:The Magazine, we are working hard to continue to bring you all the best of Disney World without the heat of a Florida summer. In this issue you will find articles about the voice talent featured in the Little Mermaid, getting you ready for the new dark ride next year, and a review of recent Disneyland openings. You will also find all of your favorite features of the magazine, Have You Tried, Vinylmation, The Time I, Project DORK, Ask Dave Smith, and Eating WDW. In addition, I’m happy to announce a new re-occuring column called, “Armchair Imagineering.” This column will allow the staff of WDWNT: The Magazine to show their creativity while examining what they would change in the parks.
