Will humanity live long enough to figure out how to walk the fabrics of time or, are we already doing this for centauries?

Is it possible for a primordial, virtual particle to propel its own sound pulse in front of the light wave it is traveling on like water is pushing air forwards when traveling through a tunnel at tremendous speeds? Many will think of it as SF still, time-travel was already discussed by e.g. Einstein, Bohr, Tesla, and Schrödinger. Experts are now saying that warp drive could be possible, and it’s all to do with stretching the fabric of space-time.
