What is reality? That is a tricky question. There are many plausible answers, and theories, that go in many different directions. But regardless of how we wrestle with the question of reality, in some enigmatic way, many people end up with a form of “Platonic realism,” which states that the “visible world of particular things is a shifting exhibition, like shadows cast on a wall by the activities of their corresponding universal ideas or forms.”
These days many scientists from all over the world are trying to wrap their minds around this question of what this foggy state of the mind is. But is it truly a foggy state of ‘reality’ we seem to be stuck in? Or, may we think of it as a strange kind of an overlapping of different frames of space and time where a primordial energy is forming its own density and, for us, creating recognizable objects in a classical reality?
