Long before the proliferation of digital cameras and it supporting technology, professional photographers made positive image proofs from negatives to evaluate the quality of an image by way of what was known as contact sheet or proof sheet. It was a quick, efficient way for a photographer and client to preview the images prior to making larger prints. A few days after the 2017 high school state baseball championships, we gathered all the images of St. Joseph-Ogden pitcher and first baseman Marty Wright captured by PhotoNews Media during his junior and senior seasons and created our first personalized version of Contact Sheet.
