Ex-Situ Conservation is an extreme measure taken to protect endangered species from extinction by relocating part of the population to a new natural environment.

Our accelerated pace of advancements is matched by an accelerated pace of obsolescence, leaving behind a trail of pervasive and detrimental junk. Where we venture we leave trace testimonies of both our ingenuity and our disingenuousness as to consequences. Mars will never the same already. Curiosity has claimed it.
