Terry Hay of New Zealand purchased Pacific Flight Catering and ran it until retiring again. Then he retired for the second time in his life in 2008, but he is keeping busy by consulting to the food industry. He found himself watching too much daytime TV and so started a new business, Fresh Developments, in New Zealand. He retired for the first time in 1986 after selling his health food distribution firm, the Kamaaina Distribution Company, which he founded in 1971.
