Daniel Ramirez is an embedded software developer with over 20 years of experience working on real-time embedded systems, robotics, food test equipment and more, using computer languages: Ada, BASIC, C, C++, PASCAL, PL/1, FORTRAN and JAVA. He is also a writer for various hobby and technology magazines including Circuit Cellar, SERVO, MAKE Magazine, Nuts &Volts and Robot Magazine, with dozens of articles to his credit. He is currently the magazine editor for Ada World Magazine and Robot World Magazine and the Lead Photographer for Media.By.LCW. Daniel has a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Engineering from Northeastern University. His hobbies include watching old movies, antiques, travel, golf, photography, DIY Electronics, technical contests, and Vex robotics.
