Pippa Wolfie (Pippa)

Though born in England to Dutch parents, Pippa grew up in Montreal, Canada. In the midst of French speaking Quebec, where the Franco-Belgian comic tradition is quite popular, Pippa found herself drawn into the grand worlds of Goscinny, Uderzo, and Rémi.

Pippa’s favorite comic series and greatest influence was certainly George Rémi’s (Hergé’s) world traveling, mystery solving reporter Tintin, and his sidekick dog, Milou. As an engineer, businesswoman, graphic web designer and occasional world traveler, she enjoys expressing her ideas and experiences through her alter ego comic hero, Pippa, a cartoon homage to Tintin and his global, multi-cultural adventures.

Pippa currently lives in Chicago with her husband and son, and hopes to expand her Pippian adventures with many more epic stories, set among her favorite cultures and regions of the world.

She would like to thank Randy, Remi, Aaramus and her friends, as well as Martin Allinson for helping her fulfill this dream.
