James R Hughes is a physician who understands the importance of staying physically fit. Whenever he isn’t providing his expert medical opinion or helping patients in need of immediate medical care, he can be found exercising outside. One of his favorite activities is skiing, which he tries to do as much as possible during the winter, but he also enjoys paddle boarding, running, and swimming in order to stay physically healthy.
