When teaching on leadership, John Maxwell stated, “Life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.” Maxwell also stated that, “A leader is one that knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.” Few people are born to be leaders because it takes a unique personality, drive, skill base and unselfish nature.
