Dr Cesar Parra (DrCesarParra)
Dr. Cesar Parra is a highly experienced professional dressage rider who has competed at the Olympic level. He has also competed with the United States of America team in 2011 during the Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico. Dr. Parra and the rest of the American team won gold for efforts at the games.
