How can I cancel my order?

If you placed your order while signed in to the MagCloud website, you can check the status of your order from the Order History tab on your Account page, accessible via the "Account" link in the top right corner of any MagCloud page.

Within the first hour after an order has been placed, before it has been sent to print and before any digital publications in the order have been downloaded, a Cancel link will be visible next to the order number on your Order History page. Clicking this link will cancel the order. Once an order has gone to the printer, or the PDF of a digital publication has been downloaded, the order will no longer be available to cancel.
